For the screening process:

1. Documents assessment ( 7 days)
2. Medical check, ATPL, Test and Company Simulator check ( In China )
3. CAAC simulator check ( In China)
4. Background check ( 1 month)


After pilots onboard, Airlines will have training for them

1. Ground school ( less than 60 days,  65%-70% basic salary + 100% allowance)
2. Line training ( less than 90 days, 80% basic salary + 100% alloance)

4. Passport
5. Logbook in last three month
        6. Application 
        7. official ID photo
        
During screening in China, Chinese airlines will cover all cost.
Invitation letter will be offered to support pilots to get visa.
